PRINCE2®
is a process-based approach for project management which provides an easily
tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. It
is a universally accepted, process-based method for effective project
management, used extensively by the UK Government as well as the private sector
(both in the UK and internationally) as offering best practice guidance on
project management. SP2 infuses PRINCE2® with elements from our PRiSM
Methodology and training to ensure sustainable outcomes.
What is Sustainability in Project Management?
Corporate
Social Responsibility is playing an increasingly large role in how consumers,
stakeholders, employees, and competitors view organizations and the demand for
skilled project managers that can apply sustainable methods to projects is in
high demand. The GPM-b certification aims to show the benefits that can be
gained from adopting sustainability based project delivery approach while
covering the full processes and activities required to fully integrating the P5
framework into their own working practices and project delivery methodologies
such as PRINCE2®.
