PRISM (Projects integrating Sustainable Methods) Foundations is a project management course that provides an introduction to best practices, sustainability principles and governance in order to maximize value. The course introduces the need to align benefits with strategic objectives to ensure that each project positions the organization for long-term growth and success through positive impacts to the economic, environmental, and social bottom lines.

The Approach

GPM® Courses are designed to deepen understanding and competence in project management using an andragogical (adult learning) model. The approach blends traditional instruction with hands on exercises, simulations, and case studies to ensure retention. PRiSM Foundations prepares participants for the GPM-b™ certification exam but is not an exam preparatory course or boot camp.
